SPC Ardmona (SPCA) is an Australian-based company that specialises in large fruit packing and owns and operates a canning factories in Shepparton and Kyabram, Victoria. The factory first opened the Mooroopna factory in 1921 and at its peak, it employed close to 2,000 staff.

Unfortunately in 2011, SPCA closed the plant and moved processing to nearby Shepparton & Kyabram factories. Whilst some of its equipment has been relocated, their is still a lot of its equipment that remains.

History Hunters were lucky enough to have guided access and managed to photography some of the stripped production rooms, processing equipment and storage facilities. It was a great experience to see the factory up close.

I hope you enjoy the photos.
